Collection: IMBUE

Imbue was born in 1988 in London. He spent his childhood in Kent County, in Southeast England. He is well known for his satirical paintings and practicing Christian iconography. Imbue is a British Postwar & Contemporary artist who doesn't believe his art is pursuing a fixed design, he generally has an image, concept, or message and then he chooses on the best way to produce the art. Even though he begins with the premise, for him the design and how the finished piece finishes are essentially still very relevant. He like art to look refined and well-produced, with a futuristic feel. His research reflects on faith, but he does not try to express a particular message. He certainly isn't against Christianity, it just fascinates him. He is interested in how culture influences the world and brings myths across history, conveying lessons that people benefit about. He is fascinated by the way thoughts came together and religions were created. The use of religious iconography probably comes from the fact that he prefers to use common symbols in the work, and the main example of this is religious symbols.
